King bed, loft with two full size beds, 50” FireStick Smart TV, , and private bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sink vanity. Half kitchen with mini-fridge, coffee maker, sink, and microwave. This space has a separate entrance from the main house, and has a cozy private vibe. ⧫ Bedroom 4: Two Queen over Queen bunk bed, dresser, 50” FireStick Smart TV, and access to hall bathroom with toilet, shower and sink vanity. All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, and nightstands. In all of the bedroom closets you will find hangers and shelves, and extra bed linens, box fans, and blankets. All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided - please help us keep our towels in good shape and use the provided black makeup towels, if needed. There is also a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms. LIVING SPACE ⧫ Kitchen: Fuel your adventures with all the kitchen and cooking essentials you might need! The garage is large enough to fit a 25’ boat or other toys. In the garage find a power washer and vacuum to clean up after a day on the lake- any boat fanatics dream! ⧫ Laundry Room: Save on suitcase space and pack light! Washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods, ironing board, and iron. Guests self check in upon arrival to the property with our keyless entry. PLEASE NOTE: There is one locked owner's closets where we store supplies - guests do not have access to these spaces. Other things to note Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am No Smoking: Our home is family-friendly and we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes and other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! This includes the outdoor space as well. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected. No Parties: We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do not permit parties, events, or any gatherings beyond the number of registered guests. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected. Exterior Security Cameras: Please note there is one video doorbell at the front door recording 24/7 for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews. lol no
